What if I want something that’s not on your price list?

No worries! Just contact me here or email me at hello@kaleamarinedesigns.com.au and I’ll get back to you.

A deposit of 50% is required prior to starting your project. The remaining balance will be made over one or two payments via bank deposit.

Once you’ve decided we’re ready to go ahead and you’re happy with the quote, you’ll receive a receive a deposit invoice, brand questionnaire and project timeline. Once the deposit is paid, I’ll spend some time getting to know your business better. I’ll then start creating the concepts for your brand depending on the package you chose.

When the concepts are approved, I’ll move onto designing more elements for you. You’ll have plenty of time and opportunity to give me your feedback (usually via email). I’ll then continue to tweak and refine the designs until it’s approved.

Once it’s all approved, finalised and paid – I’ll send over your final files in various formats whether for web, print or both.

There’s no one size fit all. But if you have a deadline or timeline in mind, let me know right from the start and I’ll let you know if this is possible. When we start working together, my design proposal will include your project timeline outright so you know when you can expect hearing from me and when I can expect hearing for you too! Respecting timelines are key to a successful design and working relationship.

Depending on your design package, we might start with a discovery phone call session or an in-depth questionnaire. After this initial consultation, most of our communication will be via email as this is what I find works best to go back and forth and to not miss any detail. If you would like to schedule a time to chat throughout the process, we can certainly do so, just let me know.

I personally believe branding is much more than just a logo – the foundations of a good brand must include at least a logo, fonts, colours and a few extra elements. Without these, it’s hard to be seen as legitimate and be consistent throughout all channels whether it’s social media, print and more… Have a look at my price list here and the smallest package might just be the one you need!

You will receive all standard logo files in JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI and EPS files. You’ll receive everything through a Google Drive link.
